Our family-friendly holiday park is run by our welcoming and helpful wardens Chris and Kirsty. We’re proud and delighted to have seen so many familiar faces among our returning customers.
We welcome visitors on a short stop-over on the NC500 and other routes around the coast, and holidaymakers who base themselves here for longer periods to get to know the area and really relax. The long, sandy beaches and high mountains of Wester Ross have always attracted independent travellers, and that continues today!
In our 75 hardstanding and grass pitches we have options that are suitable for caravans, motorhomes and tents, and the site usually has a mix of these available. We have 16 amp electrical hook-ups on many pitches (including all our sea-front pitches). EHUs are popular, so if you would like a pitch with one it is worth booking early
We have always welcomed caravanners, often recognising visitors who have returned season after season. Caravans are a great choice on the West Coast – leaving your van on site allows you to explore the remote corners of Wester Ross easily by car during the day. Access from the North is off the A835, a lovely drive between the sea and the mountains of the Fisherfield Forest. From the south, the breathtaking drive along Loch Maree starts at Kinlochewe.
Every year we see more campervans and motorhomes, as they become increasingly popular for both short and long breaks. With EHUs and hardstanding available we can accommodate all types of motorhome, with and without awnings. Just make sure to let us know when you’re completing the booking process that you have an awning – there’s no extra charge, but we need to make sure you have a pitch with space for it.
Camping with a tent is still extremely popular in the Highlands, and particularly on the West Coast where it is often warmer and sunnier than over in the East. Our tent field is an open and pleasant spot for big and small tents as well as motorhomes and caravans, with easy access to our modern toilet and shower blocks and the laundry and dishwashing facilities. Campers particularly appreciate our wifi: being under canvas doesn’t mean you have to be out of touch – unless you want to be!
If you want a bit more space to spread out during your stay, or you want to come with just your car, we have two static caravans that enjoy all the amenities of the site, but have their own kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as outside tables and parking spaces.
Like all our accommodation, they’re just 100 metres from the village centre with its pub, café, shop and the buzz of village life. Contact us to book one of our statics.
